We advertise positions in academic, research, doctoral, and professional services roles. Many of our job listings are published in English, and knowledge of Swedish is not always required.
Creating an account and logging in
Lund University uses the Varbi recruitment system for all job applications. You can click the 'Login and apply' button in the vacancy announcement, this will take you directly to the recruitment system. You will need to log in or create an account in Varbi to begin your application.

Submitting your application
After logging in, complete your application by following all required steps outlined on the Varbi form. Be sure to include all requested documents. Please note that:
- You need to click the 'Submit application' button when you are done.
- Your application must be submitted no later than 23:59 (CET) on the final day of application.
- Your CV can be up to 10 MB and must be submitted in one of the following formats: .pdf, .txt, .rtf, .doc or .docx.
Work on your application at your own pace
You can start your application and save your progress at any time. This allows you to return later to complete or update it before submitting.
Letters of interest and speculative applications
We are unfortunately unable to accept unsolicited applications or letters of interest.
