We encourage you to explore life at the University beyond your own office, lab or corridor. Management and leadership development
Lund University views responsible leadership as essential to supporting the University's development, especially during times of change. This is firmly grounded in our vision and core values.
To ensure that managers and team leaders have the right skills, we offer a range of management training courses. Each course is tailored to different experience levels, whether you're simply curious about leadership, new to a management role, or already highly experienced.
Internal training and staff development
As a Lund University employee, you have access to a wide range of internal and university-specific training courses offered through our staff development programme. Each year, over a thousand employees take part in these opportunities.
Many courses are designed for specific staff groups, while others are more general and cover topics such as project management, process management, and other key skills.
