IT resources and assistance
We offer a range of digital services and resources to make your life as a student easier. You can use your student account to access many of these services.
Student accounts and access
Your student account gives you access to most key digital services and resources, including your student email.
Your LU access card gives you access to campus buildings. It is also your university ID card and you can use it to borrow books.
Internet connections
Find out how to access the Eduroam wireless network and VPN. If you are a tenant of LU Accommodation or AF Bostäder, you will also find information specific to your accommodation.
Shared computers and printers
There are several locations around campus with shared computers and printers.
Software
Through the University, you have access to licensed software relevant to your studies.
IT support and operational information
Please contact LU ServiceDesk if you have any IT-related issues. You can do this via the self-service portal, phone or email (there is no walk-in desk). The self-service portal also provides the latest operational information and user guides for most of Lund University's systems.

Den här sidan har bytt namn i samband med den nya toppsidan "Student services and support". Idag heter den nämligen "IT services and support" och jag vill helst undvika att dubblera delar av rubriken för tydlighetens skull. Den har också hamnat en nivå längre ner i menyn.
Innehållet har gjorts om så att detta har blivit en mer ordentlig "genomgångssida". Det är några bitar som saknas på "IT services and support" idag. Jag har även lagt till en infobox om campusonline.lu.se, för att få till den kopplingen lite bättre också.
